I’ll be speaking at VegFestUK focusing on Herbs for Vitality; the talk will be from 11am-12pm on Sunday 27th October.

Following this, I will be offering mini naturopathic consultations. This will be in partnership with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. The consultations will last approximately 20 mins and will be based on diagnostic information observed from Iridology as well as related questions. I’ll be looking at your irides (basically looking into your eyes!) and taking photos where possible.

General advice related to the observations will be offered, along with handouts and more information. More in depth follow ups are of course welcome and advised. Personalisation is key here, generic advice is helpful but not the most optimal way to improve your health.
