Elizabeth Wright

I am extremely passionate about Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy, having used both modalities to improve and optimise my own health. After 15+ years of working in highly pressurised roles in the marketing and tech industry, at companies such as Estée Lauder, Burberry, Facebook and Pinterest, I knew it was time to make a change.

Having always had a keen interest in plants, nature and working with people, my ambition was to work with others to support them in improving the quality of their lives and finding sustainable balance. In 2013 I decided to retrain and turn my interests into a career.

I graduated with a Diploma in Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy in 2016. Since then I have gone on to complete further study in Iridology and Ayurvedic Medicine.

In addition to my role as President of the ANP, in 2018 I set up iNaturopath. The business is focused on delivering a personalised, plant based approach to natural healing, working one to one or in groups with individuals, charities and corporations. I also offer business, digital and ecommerce coaching for likeminded wellbeing businesses.

I believe strongly in working with a personalised approach; taking the time and care to understand exactly where clients need support, in terms of holistic health and the goals they would like to achieve.

Takako Elliott

Before making the leap into life coaching, Takako spent 18 years working for one of the largest media agencies in the UK. Whilst she enjoyed the client work, it was always the people side of things that intrigued her the most.  The strength she showed in people management led her to head up a digital team of 100+ people.

The catalyst that saw Takako make a change in her career though was becoming a mother.  Big personal changes in our lives always makes us reflect deeper on who we are and what we truly want.  She knew that coaching and mentoring people was the most fulfilling aspect of her job, so she decided to train to become a professional coach with one of the best coaching schools in the world - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

With her combined experience of a corporate role and coaching, Takako is fully aware of how long behaviour change can take; even when we know the benefits that await us on the other side. This can include changes to health & lifestyle, work, relationships, family etc. They are often all interlinked.

Takako will help you unblock whatever it is that’s holding you back from making the changes that you so much desire and start living your life on your own terms.

“When I came across yoga, I was mainly looking for physical healing but secretly all I wanted was to LET GO of the weight of the years of pain and to BE HEARD, to BE LOVED, and to BE SUPPORTED. Not having to feel completely on my own for once in my life.

I did not really know where yoga was going to lead me, but I soon realised I found my passion and I knew I wanted to share this with as many people as possible. Since the training, I am committed to reconnecting with myself to be a better version of myself every day, whatever that looks like. I want to inspire and support you to do the same”

Helping people find their purpose and passion, how to flourish in all areas of their life, be it with their health and wellbeing, their corporate career, their personal life or understanding the patterns of behaviour in their life - that is what makes my soul sing.

After years of a seemingly double life; working in a corporate job by day and teaching yoga, offering reiki, energy work and coaching outside of that, I finally took the plunge in 2019. I launched my own consultancy to enable me to integrate all my passions into helping people find flow in their lives - seeing where they might feel stuck, helping them find clarity, embracing the enormity of their vision and then helping them bring that to fruition.
